I. PAPER SUBMISSION

The extended deadline for full paper submission is March 31st, 2016.

Subject of the message: WCA 2016 Paper Submission & author’s name / authors’ names

As it has been announced in the “Second Circular-Call for Papers”, the papers should:

·       be written in English

·       not exceed the amount of 3500 words, footnotes and bibliography not included

·       be sent, both in MS Word and PDF format

Τhe possibility for an electronic publication of the proceedings of the Congress will be considered. Possibilities for publication of some thematically arranged volumes will also be explored. To this purpose, a publication committee will be set up. In case there is a successful outcome, the committee will provide further detailed guidelines for the papers that will be selected for publication.

II. UPLOADING OF ACCEPTED ABSTRACTS

The submitted abstracts that have been accepted for inclusion in the programme of the Congress will be included in a folder stored on-line and accessed by all participants.

The authors who wish to revise their abstracts are welcome to send a new, revised version [up to 350 words, in MS Word format], via e-mail to:

Subject of the message: WCA 2016 Abstract Revision  & author’s name / authors’ names

The deadline for abstract revision is March 15th, 2016.

Participants will then receive a link to the shared folder of abstracts.

After the uploading of the shared folder, no changes to abstracts can be done.
