EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE February 29th, 2016.

*Participants with contribution, please note that in order to ensure the inclusion of your presentation in the programme, you must have completed registration procedure by the Early Registration Deadline.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing to SYMVOLI | Conference & Cultural Management (WCA2016@symvoli.gr)

Up to February 29th, 2016 the registration fee will be fully refunded.

From March 1st until 31st, the registration fee will be refunded minus an administrative charge of 50€.

From April 1st, the registration fee will not be refunded.

* Note: a copy of the student card or a certificate is required in order for the registration to be confirmed, while the original one must also be presented at the Secretariat of the Conference.

For the PhD Candidates/Participants with Contribution, there will be a number of grants (concerning participation expenses), depending upon the availability of funds.

 

Details will follow.

 

Please, note that there will be a limited number:

(a)   Of places for the category of Graduate & Post-graduate Students

(b)   Of seats for the visit to ancient Stageira & ancient Mieza

For this reason, Registration will be on a “first come-first served” basis.
